Bot profile
Each server can customize how Formify looks in that guild: nickname, avatar, banner, and bio. This does not change the global bot username (@Formify) — only how it appears in your server.
Open Bot Profile from the dashboard sidebar.
What you can change
Supported image types: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP. Max size: 512 KB each.
Requirements
- Formify must be in the server and online.
- Formify needs the Change Nickname permission in that server.
If nickname changes fail, open Server settings → Roles and confirm Formify's role has Change Nickname. The dashboard shows a warning when that permission is missing.
Formify's role should also be high enough in the list that Discord allows the edit (usually not an issue unless you use strict role restrictions).
Save behavior
Click Save after editing. The dashboard sends the update to Discord immediately.
To revert:
- Avatar — reset to Formify's global avatar
- Banner — remove the custom banner
- Nickname — clear to use the default bot name
