# Marketplace

The marketplace lets you install community-made **form** and **ticket** templates into your server, or publish your own templates for others to use.

Open it from **Marketplace** in the dashboard sidebar.

## Browse and install

1. Go to **Marketplace**.
2. Filter by type (form, form pack, ticket, ticket pack), category, or search.
3. Open a listing and read the description.
4. Click **Install to server**.

Installed templates land under **Installed templates** on the **Forms** or **Tickets** page. They are copies — channel and role settings are cleared so you configure them for your server.

5. Open the installed template in the editor, set channels and roles, save, and **Publish**.

## Publish a listing

You can share a form or ticket template you built:

1. Open **Marketplace** → **Publish listing**.
2. Choose the source server and template(s).
3. Add a title, description, and category.
4. Submit.

Or use **Manage** on a form → **Publish to marketplace** as a shortcut.

**Limits:**

- Title: 100 characters
- Description: 4000 characters
- Packs: up to 10 templates

Listings can be reported by other users. Keep descriptions accurate about what the template does and what staff need to configure after install.

## After installing

Always review:

- Output / review channels
- Mod and support roles
- Ticket categories
- Embed text (replace placeholder server names)

An install gives you a head start, not a finished production setup.
